By using FindMcp.ai you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the FindMcp platform.
FindMcp.ai serves as a platform for discovering and accessing MCP servers, clients, and resources. We provide a platform where users can access, browse, and discover Model Context Protocol-related content. While access to the platform is provided free of charge, we reserve the right to modify platform access or terminate user accounts at our discretion. Users acknowledge that tools and resources listed are third-party content and FindMcp.ai acts as a directory and discovery platform only. We maintain the right to remove any content or terminate access without prior notice if necessary.
Due to the nature of digital content and free access to our platform, no refunds are applicable for any premium services or features that may be offered.
It is not warranted that FindMcp.ai will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
FindMcp.ai does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or effectiveness of the tools and resources available through our platform. FindMcp.ai shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the use of our platform. We shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for any premium services, if applicable.
FindMcp.ai is not responsible for third-party content or the functionality, effectiveness, or performance of any tools or resources listed through our platform. Users access and use third-party tools and resources at their own risk.
As we continue to improve FindMcp.ai and expand our offerings, we may modify, add, or remove features. We reserve the right to implement premium features or services in the future.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and FindMcp.ai as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of FindMcp.ai.
